Globe Engineering is working on a new 10 acres project: a 397 units – 182 garden apartments and 215 mid-rise apartments. There would also be a 3,500-square-foot daycare facility.
We are providing civil engineering services for water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, as well as grading and stormdrainage plans and calculations. Permitting is through the City and Broward County for storm drainage and the sanitary sewer, and the City and FDEP for water distribution.

Globe Engineering has been retained to provide civil engineering services for a 60,000 SF warehouse on a 4.2 acres site in Pompano Beach.
We are providing civil engineering services for water distribution, gravity sanitary sewer collection, as well as grading and stormdrainage plans and calculations. Permitting is through Broward County for storm drainage, and the City for water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage. We are also permitting through FdOT for 2 turnlanes and for stormdrainage.

We're working on a new 10 unit Townhome project in the City of Hallandale Beach. This is a 0.6 acre vacant piece of land which sat idle for years.
We are providing civil engineering services for water distribution, gravity sanitary sewer collection, as well as grading and stormdrainage plans and calculations. Permitting is through Broward County for storm drainage, and the City for water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage.

Globe Engineering is involved in the new site the Davie Moose are relocating to, east of Davie Road and north of Orange Drive.
We are providing civil engineering services for water distribution, gravity sanitary sewer collection, as well as grading and stormdrainage plans and calculations. Permitting is through the Central Broward Water Control District (CBWCD) for storm drainage, and the Town of Davie for water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage.

A townhome project that Globe Engineering designed, the Royal Oaks Townhomes project was sold for $19 million.
This project was completed in 2008.
This project was builts with 69 townhomes with a clubhouse and guard gate on a 5 acres parcel located at 3200 Stirling Road, Hollywood, Florida
The project was intended as high end townhomes which ended up being rented due to the Great Recession.

This new long term storage warehouse project consist of a new 22,000 SF building on a vacant 2 acres on NW 18 Avenue, north of Altantic Avenue, in Delray Beach, Florida.
We were involved in the Land Planning of the Site, and designed and obtained plan approvals for the storm drainage system, the fireline, fire hydrant, potable water, and sanitary sewer system.

This project is a new 200 unit rental apartment project located on a 5 acres parcels. We are involved in the Site Planning and Civil Engineering Design of this former Golf Course Clubhouse site.
As the Engineer of Record, Globe Engineering will design and permit the water distribution, sanitary sewer collection system, and the paving and storm drainage system.

The Village at Lake Worth is a new 230 unit rental apartment project located on a 9 acres parcels. We are involved in the Site Planning and Civil Engineering Design of this former mobile home park.
The new project will have a new lake and recreation facilities. As the Engineer of Record, Globe Engineering will design and permit the water distribution, sanitary sewer collection system including a lift station, and the paving and storm drainage system.

We were selected as the Civil Engineer for this 90-unit apartment project, located on the west side of Biscayne Bay, in Miami. Our expertise was needed for this beautiful new project. We have experience with and are familiar with design and permitting requirements with the City of Miami, DERM, Miami Dade Water and Sewer Dept (WASD), FEMA, and FDOT. Our portion of the project is storm drainage, sanitary sewer collection, and water distribution for potable water and fire fighting through 2 fire lines and fire hydrants.

A Client was interested in purchasing a 4.7 acre site with 3 large buildings that have been abandonned for several years that a bank had foreclosured on. Our Client was interested in purchasing it, renovating the existing buildings and site, and wanted to construct new buildings for his expanding and thriving business.
Globe Engineering as the Civil Engineer was part of a team consisting of Architects, MEP Engineers, Structural Engineers, and Surveyors that inspected the site, pulled important information from permitting agencies with regard to what violations may exists and what could or could not be build.
With our findings, the Client purchased the property.

The Broward County drainage agency required the Owner of this airplane maintenance facililty to renew their drainage permit at a 5 year interval, to avoid fines. This is a typical requirement.
Before renewing this permit, the drainage agency requires proof that the storm drainage system has been recently cleaned, no illegal modifications were made, and that the storm drainage system is in proper working order.
A Contractor pressure jetted and vaccuumed all storm drainage lines and catch basins, which Globe Engineering witnessed and inspected. All eroded areas around the dry retentions areas were sodded. Then Globe Engineering was able to certify and renew the storm drainage permit on behalf of the Owner for another 5 years.

This new 5 story building yet to be constructed is located at the northeast corner of Harding Street and State Road A1A, between the Intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, with at surface parking lot under the building.
Globe Engineering as the civil engineer is working closely with the Architects and Owners to meet all permitting requirements. Permit agencies involved are the FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation), City of Hollywood, Broward County, Broward County Environmental Protection Department, and FEMA.
As civil engineers, we are designing and permitting the relocation of existing fire hydrants, new fireline, parking lot, storm drainage with drainage well, sanitary sewer connection, and roadway easement dedication.

Globe Engineering has been retained by the Owner to provide civil engineering design services for a new residence at 356 S. Maya Drive. This canal front property had an existing residence which was demolished and a replaced with a new 2-story residence with an infinity pool. We are providing civil engineering services for water distribution, gravity sanitary sewer collection, as well as grading and drainage plans.

This 10-story condominium's existing fireline is corroded due to brackish water in the ground, as this condo is located on a canal. Due to new code requirements from the City of North Miami Beach and the County's Fire Marshall, the fireline will need to brought up to current code.
